US NavyDave Loye graduated from Wilson in 1962. He served in the US Navy as a Petty Officer Machinist on the USS Henry W Tucker, a destroyer who spent a lot of time shelling North Vietnam. The second USS Henry W. Tucker was a Gearing-class destroyer of the United States Navy, built in May 29, 1944 and launched in November 8, 1944.
