MILITARY SPOTLIGHT DAVID SMITH(1965) David Smith went to Capitol Hill Grade School, completed two years at Wilson High School before transferring and graduating from South Eugene High School in 1965. He served in the US Army for 26 years. David was a Dentist and Clinics Chief responsible for a one-year dental residency program.
