MILITARY SPOTLIGHT WILLIAM (BILL) GRAHAM (1961) US Coast Guard   William (Bill) Graham YN1 USCG Vet graduated from Wilson in 1961.  He served in the US Coast Guard for four years Regulars and 12 Years Reserves. After Bootcamp at Alamedia CA. & Class a School at Groton, CO Bill was stationed at Captain of the Port Seattle, (an 18 month duty station) for 43 months. He was a Private Yoeman for three Captains, three Commanders, one Commodore, and one Admiral. When discharged from the Regulars, Bill became the chief recruiter for the reserves for the next 12 years. His job was to train recruiters for Washington. Oregon, and Idaho.
