JAMES TORGERSON (1965)
US Army
James Torgerson graduated from Wilson in 1962. He served in the US Army for 28 years. James was a ROTC graduate from OSU, with 3 years active duty in the Corps of Engineers in Eschborn, Germany. He served 25 years in Oregon and Washington Army National Guard and achieved the rank of Brigadier General.
