MILITARY SPOTLIGHT JERALD "JERRY" POWELL 1960 Jerald "Jerry" Powell graduated from Wilson in 1960. He served in the US Army, Special Forces. Jerry served in active duty from 1962 to 1965 (Viet Nam, 1964) and in the Army Reserve from 1966 to 1972. His service included the 5th SFGA (Special Forces A-team Medical Specialist) and the 12th SFGA (reserve) Special Forces Operations Sergeant Sgt. Powell in 1965 |
